A fantastic rattling segment and a hunt with Jim Sundberg of the Texas Rangers (Picture below). Holly & Hanna pictured above with me and the rattled up buck. ![]() ![]() Billy Mantooth w/his 10 pt. buck that he harvested with a bow. He is also fiance' to Cheri pictured below with her hog. Looks like the makings of a hunting family. ![]() ![]() This little albino fawn was found close to Glen Rose with no mother around. I was not told whether it was a buck or a doe. Thanks to Dennis Vardeman for sharing this picture for all of us to see. ![]() The antler development season has been great so far, but.... will the onset of dry hot weather effect the end result? (Stock photo of Smith Ranch Buck) ![]() ![]() Only in TEXAS. Well probably not, I took this picture in the front yard of a home in San Antonio. It was in a residential neighborhood. This is a prime example of a whitetail's ability to adapt to his environment. ![]() This is a great time to sharpen your hunting skills. Make it challenging by using a handgun as you see me here on an East Texas hog hunt. ![]() Dennis Vardeman of Blum, Texas told me about a buck he had harvested that had a unique point. I asked him to send me a picture and here it is.
