 Billy Mantooth with a 152 plus buck that he harvested this year while hunting in the Mason area. Billy and Cheri (who is pictured below) hunt together and I think we could say, "they had a great Year".  Rachael Autrey (my graddaughter) and her first deer. Congratulations Rach, Paw Paw is proud of you.  Kristin and Ryan with a buck that Ryan harvested on his 37th Birthday while hunting east of Abilene with Dr Lance.  Cheri Tatsch pictured with her 1st buck. It scored 141 plus and was harvested with a bow. Cheri said "she killed him on a cold Novemmber morning after setting in the rain for four hours, WOW she was excited" and rightfully so.  Harrison McLeod with his son Jack and a deer they harvested this weekend while hunting with Dr. Lance.  Kevin Avery with a unique S. Texas Buck. The lack of uniformity was made up for with mass.  EVERYONE LOSES Tim Autrey sent me this picture of a fight where everyone lost. Three (nice) bucks tangled. This is a case where not only the bucks lost but, we as hunters lost 3 great bucks.  Tim Autrey with a S. Texas 10 pt that he shot while hunting with Kevin Avery whose 13 pt is pictured below.   Garrett Roerick my niece's son from Missouri with his first deer. I understand he is now hooked on deer hunting. Congratulations Garrett!!!!  A Grand Double!! Lance guided this hunter, the weekend of the 15th of December. One of the bucks came into horn rattling.  Don Beckworth with a bow harvested deer from Coryell County. Don has practiced good deer management techniques on his lease for several years and he states, " all the work for the last three years really paid off". We love to see women and kids get involved in our great sport of hunting. THANKS RENEE  Renne Follis havested her first buck in November of this year in Coleman County (Above) Gunnar Ponivas is picture below with his first buck which he harvested last Decemer in Crowell County.  "Great Deer Gunnar"  Chase Hulshof (L) of Flower Mound & Ryan Morrow (R) of Abilene with a couple of bucks they harvested while hunting with Dr. Lance Autrey this past weekend near Abilene. Jake Autrey (age 11 months) on his first dove hunting trip to South Texas with his dad Tim.  Scott Robison took this deer Friday evening, the 23rd, at 175 yds with my Mossberg .308 win. Took him near Mcgregor on a friends ranch. He quickly measured him at a B&C score around 140 and he weighed 184 lbs. CONGRATULATIONS SCOTT  Brent McGee of Lewisville, Texas harvested this buck with a bow just South of the Red River. Sure glad he was on the Texas side. Congratulations Brent on a FANTASTIC Buck  Cheri Tatsch of Wimberleny with her first bow harvest whitetail. Congratulations to Cheri and hope this is just the first of many. Good Looking Coryell County Buck Mark Minor of Waco harvested this buck opening weekend of the 2007 Deer Season just east of Gatesville, Texas. Congratulations Mark!  Bill Hubbard & Mark Royce harvested these bucks on a recent hunt with me in N. Texas . Great job guys.............  I have seen a lot of deer pictures but, this has to be one of the most unique, I have ever seen. If attitude is anything, this will be one heck of a buck?????
